Acceptance is not a final destination, but an ongoing practise.

The more I ponder self-acceptance, the more I've come to realise it's a pathway to peace.

Here's a few things I've discovered;

Acceptance is not a final destination, but an ongoing practise.

Acceptance doesn't happen overnight, but gradually, with time.

Acceptance is steeped in compassion, understanding and trust in ourselves.

Acceptance can be challenging.

Acceptance isn't settling - it's embracing who we are so we can truly grow and expand.

Acceptance is multi-faceted. It's about more than just embracing how we look or the hand we've been dealt in life, it's about realising our desires, the dreams we have, the life we feel called to create - and allowing that acceptance to guide us, to pull us forward.

Wherever you’re at on your path, keep riding the wave. It’s taking you somewhere special x
