3 Things to ask yourself when you’re feeling stuck.
Often when we’re feeling stuck, we look outside of ourselves for a solution to our stuck-ness. Maybe it’s needed at times to collect a few different perspectives on WTF we should do, but I believe that our inner guidance is far more powerful in giving us the clarity to move forward, to get unstuck. So, if you’re fussing over a current situation and feeling unsure, sit down with your journal and see what comes up when you ask yourself these three, simple questions.
1. What words of wisdom do I really need to hear?
2. What would make me happiest, right now?
3. What is holding me back from moving forward?
