It’s so easy to unconsciously convince yourself that you can’t move forward until you’re healed and ready.

You’re stuck in The Healing Loop when you are constantly seeking the next thing to make action feel safer.

6+ years from losing my Mum, and a deep focus on my own healing - I can tell you that there is hope. That you can find peace, and honour your loved from this place, rather then pain.

Today is my Mums 70th birthday. It’s also the 7th one I’ve celebrated without her here.

I’ve thought a lot today about what she would have thought about it if she was here - I remember the big 6-0 being a very big deal, and I’d love to say that she’d be feeling grateful to be another year older - but in reality I think she would be appalled at the thought of it. Of time not standing still for her.

To celebrate, I’m sure we would have shared a meal. A glass of wine. Some good belly laughs. Priceless time together.

I hope that she would have indulged me in all the questions I have for her now I’m older too… what was your life like before me? How did you feel about becoming a mother? Was it hard, was it easy?

But no matter how she would have felt about her birthday, I wish she was still here - feeling it with me.

My Mum was the best. Warm, kind, caring - strong, fiery and determined. I can’t possibly sum her up with a few words - but trust me when I say, she was golden.

So, Happy Birthday Mum - dearest Deb. I love you. I miss you. And I’ll be having a bubbles in your honour soon. 🤍🤍🤍

Anger comes from the part of us feeling unlistened to, the part the feels like theres been an injustice, or feels hard done by and ignored.

When you push anger down and bottle it up, it grows more persistent and can pop up unexpectedly in a fit of rage, spitting fire at whoever’s in closest proximity.
Ever been triggered by the most innocuous thing? Ya - that can happen.

But the truth is, these parts of you do need to be heard.

Tapping on anger always leads to such a powerful release, but also - so many revelations.

If you find yourself wanting to push anger down - don’t!
Ask it what it needs from you.
What is it actually about?
What wants to be expressed?

Emotions are so powerful. Anger especially! When you move through it, you feel lighter. More expressed. More yourself.

I’ve been mulling this over for weeks and it finally feels ripe to share. So, here it is - nobody signed up for Fertile Ground.

& you know what? I’m ok. I’ve tapped it out (a lot) and I’ve landed in a space where this “failed” launch has offered some really valuable lessons I want to share.

🌊 Ride the waves + don’t let them overwhelm you
I’m proud of how I held myself energetically + emotionally, especially when things didn’t go to plan. If you run a biz, you’ll know the highs + lows of putting a new offer out there. I’ve always said running a business is your biggest activator, launching especially. On a daily basis I was practising what I preach, using EFT to clear out + reset. This was a big reason why post-launch I didn’t completely crash-out and honestly felt at peace with the outcome.

✨ Good things take time + attention
I needed more space for this offer to breathe + find its people. This was the first time I spoke so openly about my fertility journey, and I’m not sure I’ve built the right audience just yet. Fertile Ground was (and is) so hot on my heart, I got it out ASAP. Next time, I’ll spend more time on cultivating the women who I know need this work.

❤️ You don’t need to go it alone
I went through this launch solo, juggling work, health and the laundry. A few things didn’t go to plan - meta ads I made went mostly to 65+ year old men 😵‍💫, and I hit brain fog in the final week. Next time, I’ll get support. (If you know a fab VA, send them my way.)

In our online world now, it’s so easy to bypass failure. To sweep things under the rug if they’re not perfect, or don’t meet expectations.

But, being honest about failure is so important. If you don’t see others failing on their path to getting their vision - you forget that actually, we kind of need to fail sometimes to grow.

I’ve been mulling this over for weeks and it finally feels ripe to share. So, here it is - nobody signed up for Fertile Ground.

& you know what? I’m ok. I’ve tapped it out (a lot) and I’ve landed in a space where this “failed” launch has offered some really valuable lessons I want to share.

🌊 Ride the waves + don’t let them overwhelm you
I’m proud of how I held myself energetically + emotionally, especially when things didn’t go to plan. If you run a biz, you’ll know the highs + lows of putting a new offer out there. I’ve always said running a business is your biggest activator, launching especially. On a daily basis I was practising what I preach, using EFT to clear out + reset. This was a big reason why post-launch I didn’t completely crash-out and honestly felt at peace with the outcome.

✨ Good things take time + attention
I needed more space for this offer to breathe + find its people. This was the first time I spoke so openly about my fertility journey, and I’m not sure I’ve built the right audience just yet. Fertile Ground was (and is) so hot on my heart, I got it out ASAP. Next time, I’ll spend more time on cultivating the women who I know need this work.

❤️ You don’t need to go it alone
I went through this launch solo, juggling work, health and the laundry. A few things didn’t go to plan - meta ads I made went mostly to 65+ year old men 😵‍💫, and I hit brain fog in the final week. Next time, I’ll get support. (If you know a fab VA, send them my way.)

In our online world now, it’s so easy to bypass failure. To sweep things under the rug if they’re not perfect, or don’t meet expectations.

But, being honest about failure is so important. If you don’t see others failing on their path to getting their vision - you forget that actually, we kind of need to fail sometimes to grow.

The truth of it is, trying to get pregnant and finding it very difficult to do so is a tough journey to be on. Physically. Mentally. Emotionally. Spiritually.

The truth is your emotional and mental health matters just as much as the physical. And of course, it’s all connected - we know that chronic stress can affect your hormones, interrupt your cycles, and put your nervous system in a state that makes it harder to feel safe, calm, or receptive.

So pushing your feelings down isn’t harmless - it’s a piece of the puzzle that needs your attention.

On my journey to become a mother, I’ve tried so many things to ease the mental & emotional weight of trying to conceive…

I’ve:

🤍 Bought pregnancy predictions from TikTok to outsoure my hope
🤍 Tried diets, supplements, protocols - hoping each one might be the thing
🤍 Put immense pressure on myself to be perfect
🤍 Avoided planning ahead “just in case”
🤍 Wished every Christmas that next year we’d have a baby in our arms

And in the past 12 months, something shifted.

I’ve committed more deeply than ever to the emotional and spiritual work of becoming a mother.
For whatever reason, I believe that our little one is still waiting to come earthside. They’re taking their time. I’m learning to trust that timing.
But trust is a daily practice - and it’s easier said then done.

I have felt so activated in this journey to becoming a Mother.
And while I wouldn’t have chosen it to look this way, I do believe this journey is mine for a reason. That there are things I need to heal, move through, alchemise and become before I hold that baby in my arms.

Am I always thrilled about this? No.

But I understand it.

And lately, I’ve felt a strong nudge - it’s time to share more of my story that I’ve kept to myself for over 3 years now, and create a space for healing, for other women like me.

Because I know there are other women walking this path who feel alone traversing cycle after cycle.

Who are ready to do the deeper emotional work too.

I know that trying to conceive can be a powerful time of healing if we allow it to be.

So many women are here to break patterns within themselves, their lineage, or their community.
Doing this work is what helps you shift from

For years, I used EFT as a quick fix.

Tap, tap, tap - trying to shift how I felt fast.
Trying to tap myself into abundance, health, happiness…
While skipping over the part of me that was hurting, that was resistant or feeling lost.

And yes, it helped for a moment.

But it wasn’t until I started using EFT in a deeper, more honest way that my true healing began.

I stopped tapping on how I wanted to feel and instead started tapping on how I really felt - acknowledging and accepting the reality of what is as an avenue to healing rather then a roadblock.
I stopped bypassing my pain and started meeting it with compassion

That’s when things started to shift.

Tapping isn’t just about feeling better.
It’s about coming home to what’s really going on - the stuck emotion, the limiting belief, the wound underneath.

Yesterday marked 5 years since I became an Accredited EFT Practitioner. ✨

When I launched myself back into this work, I wanted it all to happen right away – the clients, the income, the freedom to leave my full-time job.

In the early days, I dreamed big – in that beautiful, naive way we do when we start something new.

Am I where I thought I’d be five years ago? No.
But I still have so much to celebrate.

This business has held me through so many ups and downs over the past few years. It’s been one of my greatest teachers and activators – showing me what I believe about myself, how I’m seen, and the gifts I have to offer.

But more than anything, I wanted to do this work help create change.
To support women like me, carrying the emotional load and stress that life often leaves us holding. Because when we do this work, we don’t just change ourselves – we ripple it out through our whole circle.

I adore this work. I’ve loved every client, every program, every circle. I love the resilience and vulnerability I’ve shown. The persistence I’ve maintained. The belief that drives it all: this work matters. It’s needed. And it’s important that I’m here, doing it.

The tools I use with you have also held me through heartache, loss, and grief. My passion for this work has never faltered – because I know its power.

Maybe it’s still a side hustle… but it means everything to me.
And I hope I’m lucky enough to be doing this for another 5, 10, 20, even 30 years.

The second half of 2025 feels like a new chapter – and I feel ready to share more of my story and support those walking a similar path. More on this soon.

Here’s something I’ve been reflecting on lately. ☕️

It’s so important to be wary of when and where you’re plugging into other people’s stories, opinions and experiences and letting them dictate how you feel, what you believe and your overall mindset.

It’s so easy in this day and age to connect quickly with answers from other people.

Shared knowledge can be powerful, but if we choose it too often over our own intuition, our own heart and gut… it can cause more stress, anxiety and paranoia.

And also, impact our belief in what we’re trying to create, call in or build.

Of course, I’m not saying sharing our stories isn’t powerful and needed, and can be healing to share, and healing to hear…

Here’s something I’ve been reflecting on lately. ☕️

It’s so important to be wary of when and where you’re plugging into other people’s stories, opinions and experiences and letting them dictate how you feel, what you believe and your overall mindset.

It’s so easy in this day and age to connect quickly with answers from other people.

Shared knowledge can be powerful, but if we choose it too often over our own intuition, our own heart and gut… it can cause more stress, anxiety and paranoia.

And also, impact our belief in what we’re trying to create, call in or build.

Of course, I’m not saying sharing our stories isn’t powerful and needed, and can be healing to share, and healing to hear…

But I will say that we need to find the balance and be mindful of our readiness to hear and hold those stories.

Feeling griefy this Mothers Day. 🤍🕊️

It’s my 6th one without my beautiful Mum here, and I miss her today and always.

But also, it’s my first Mother’s Day since my miscarriage. I wasn’t expecting to be feeling so much today. I’ve been pretty rundown the last few weeks… so maybe it’s the fatigue and general exhaustion, but I’m feeling tender today.

For some of us, the road to becoming a Mother is a difficult one.
It’s layered with heartache and hardship.
With loss and longing.

I feel such joy in my heart for the mothers I’m surrounded by, I marvel at the women they’re becoming and I love their babies with my whole heart.

But I feel often that I’m in this bizarre limbo-land, biding my time, holding all this love, waiting to pour it out.

And I know one day, we’ll get there.

I pray and hope, I wish and yearn. That it’s soon.

But for now, I’ll sit in this tenderness, keep trusting the timing and honour all the Mothers who’ve come before me. 🤍

Here’s something no one seems to talk about…

Grief will change you. But sometimes for the better. 🤍

Yes it will be horrible (especially at the beginning), overwhelming and so, so hard.

But from the depths of grief comes a fresh perspective. 🕊️

New roots in knowing how fragile and precious life is. Because the people around us won’t be here forever, and more often than not things in life aren’t always guaranteed.

And if you can sit with that, and feel into it.
If you can transform the fear of loss into an appreciation of the now.

It helps you to really soak in the joy of the moments you have - right here, in the present.

If you let it, grief can make you kinder.
More grateful.
Softer.
It can awaken in you a need to manage your emotions, your pain. Your healing.

It can propel you forward on your own spiritual path.
It can gently push you into making a big decision, taking a leap, being brave - because if not now, when?

Grief is deeply entwined with love, and so it has the power to deepen our ability ✨to✨ love.

When we’ve lost someone or something the sharpness of the pain can focus us -
What are you really here on this earth to do?

My grief has shaken me, deeply saddened me.
I’ve felt lonely and I’ve felt lost.

But also, my grief has inspired me.
It’s helped me empathise, to understand.
It’s driven me to care deeply for others.
It’s built out my appreciation for what I’m already so very blessed with.
