How can a Health Coach help you?

When I tell people I'm a Health Coach, they generally react with blank smiles and polite nods.

Health Coaches, especially in Australia are relatively new on the scene, but as the Wellness industry booms so does the need for personalised guidance and a holistic approach.

Let me ask you this; does figuring out what to eat stress you out? Are you constantly overwhelmed with competing messages when it comes to diet, exercise and everything in between?

The world certainly doesn’t make it easy for us to decide what to put on our plate-and so we may find ourselves listless and unsure about what to do. Perhaps you’ve tried to figure it all out on your own; you’ve dabbled with a few diets or weight loss programs with disappointing results... So you sink back into your old habits and wait for the cycle to begin again.

Apathy is not good for you gorgeous! And that’s where I come in.

Paleo? Bikini diets? Macros? Vegan? High protein? Low fat?

What about carbs? And what the hell is gluten anyway??

As a coach I help clients navigate the conflicting landscape that is modern dietary theory. We won’t count calories or deprive our bodies. We will ditch the diet labels and experiment with a variety of delicious foods.

Nutrition is an evolving science but one that we can make work for you.

Every generic 12 week program you try, every bootcamp you sweat through and every self help book you thumb seems to drag you further away from your own personal truth. It wears you down. None of it feels right, and you want out of the cycle. Not only do I coach clients to figure out a diet that’s perfect for them, I keep them accountable to their goals. This means real progress! Coaching helps client shed fatigue, weight and the habits that have been holding them back for years.
